WELCOME!!

My name is Krystle Armstrong. I thought I would introduce myself before getting in to the course.

Here is a little about me (watch the video above for more in depth detail).

• I own Magnificent Mouthfuls Cupcakes & Cakes
• I am guest expert in Cake Business School
• I am co-creator and owner of Price. Market. Sell.
• I have my Diploma in Business Management
• I have background of hospitality, retail, customer service, scheduling & time management, and managerial positions prior to starting my cake business
• I have always had a love of food - baking and other areas (I always cook too much and too often!!)
• I have experienced the business fail - when I first started out
• I have done the research to make my 2nd attempt really count, and successful
• I have now been running successfully since 2014, growing each and every year
• I've been there - the struggles with customers, marketing, cash flow, reaching goals, growing - and doing it all trying to keep sane and have time for my family also
• I now am booked out approx 4-6 weeks in advance
• I work a 33.5 hour week in my cake business and bring in between $5.8K - $6.2K per month (aud)
• I have 4 weeks holiday pay year, and pay myself superannuation and cover all my taxes

I have an absolute passion for helping cakers get back on their feet and making a really good go at their cake business, turning it from a money scraper, into a money maker!

It is possible to create a full time income from having a cake business at home!
